My passion is to help you stop obsessing about food and relying on fad diets so you can feel confident enjoying all foods without guilt, as we all deserve to eat foods we enjoy. 

I practice from a weight inclusive lens and focus on health behaviours over weight loss so you can feel results that are relevant to your personal health goals.
