What’s included?

In the Peaceful Plate Program, we focus on 5 pillars:

P- Permission

Become aware of your current food rules, learn how they’re actually controlling you and start giving yourself permission to stop counting and obsessing over every bite.


Discover how the foods you’re craving nourish your body, or mind, and learn how to make sure you’re providing yourself with all the nutrients you need.


Develop strategies to be attuned to yourself and relearn hunger/fullness cues so that you can start honouring your body- and give it what it’s really asking for.

C- Confidence

Build the confidence to trust yourself, so that you are enjoying food- without the side of guilt.

E- Enjoyment

Discover how gentle nutrition and movement added into your daily life can help you lead your best life with freedom and balance.

What you get:

  • Total of 6 virtual coaching sessions, 1:1 with me, 60 minutes each in length
  • support between sessions through messenger in Practice Better, and/or email
  • handouts and worksheets based on your personal needs
  • permission to break up with diets and eat foods you enjoy!

Cost: $999 (or 3 monthly payments of $333)


Will I lose weight on the program?

Weight loss isn’t the focus of the Peaceful Plate program. I take a weight inclusive and non-weight approach to take the focus OFF weight, and encourage my clients to discover other markers of success and health (we work through this together)

Do you only work with women?

No, I am all-inclusive and although women are often most portrayed as struggling with dieting, it is not a woman only issue. If you’re wondering if we’d be a good fit, book a free 15 minute call so we can chat.

I am recovering from an Eating Disorder- is this a good fit?

If you are actively being treated for, or suspect that you may have an eating disorder this program is not the best fit. Proper treatment of eating disorders requires support from many health professionals including dietitians, therapists, doctors. If you are unsure where to get help, contact me and I can do my best to help direct you to the care you need.

Do you work with clients outside of Canada?

Currently, my coaching program (the Peaceful Plate) is open to residents of Canada.

Who is this for?

You have a specific health concern that you need help with, but your focus isn’t on healing your relationship with food.

Areas of focus:

  • Prediabetes/ Type 2 Diabetes prevention & management
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
  • Vegetarian/Vegan

Using a weight inclusive, non-diet approach, I help you achieve your goals WITHOUT feeling deprived or restricted.

It can be very overwhelming trying to get answers to your nutrition questions from the internet (or well meaning friends and family…)
I can reduce the overwhelm so you can feel satisfied and confident that you’re eating what you mind and body needs, while managing your health concerns.

Open to BC residents

Many extended health care plans include dietitian sessions. Check your benefits plan for details and how to claim.

Sessions are available in packages of 3 or 5 sessions.

Each package includes an initial assessment (60 minutes in length) where your intake form will be discussed and we will set goals together that are relevant and meaningful to you.

Follow ups occur from 1 week to 1 month after initial assessment based on goals set, level of support needed and your personal schedule. Each follow up is 45 minutes in length.


3 session package: $350

5 session package: $550
